 Sports is essential for human life .Which keeps them fit and also improves personality to people. due to physical activities blood pressure remains healthy, blood vessels remains clear. sports are becoming  channels to make money.  Latest EXAMPIE  is outstanding performance of India in 2021 TOKYO OLYMPICS . So for it is best performance of India ,comparative  to pervious. By playing sports even life age can be better. Sports being Discipline in life it teaches the way of everything those people who are not indulged in Sports can get disease in early stages of life. . Sports  improve Thinking Capacity  and reduces stress. So Sports plays an important role in everyone 's life . it teaches Discipline and  punctuality. While some games like Chess also  improves IQ of player.

Sports  is an indispensable part of everyone 's life. the sports are like an amusements that helps in increasing the potential energy. As we see the word SPORTS , next comes a pair ' physic" A good sportsmen will give an excellent physic and disease free. Sports teaches you character. it teaches you to play by rules. it teaches you know what it feels like to win and lose-it teaches you about life
Sports were a big part of my life. and it truly shaped me and the values and morals i have from that its a good tribute to what i took away from high school sports.
LIFE IS LIKE A SPORT. SOMETIMES YOU WIN , SOMETIMES YOU LOSE, BUT THE GAME ALWYAS GOES ON

There is an importance of sports and games in our life. they offer us a change from the monotony of daily life.it is a useful means of entertainment and physical activity sports and games help in character building they give us energy and strength
Sports and Games improve our capability they improve our efficiency Either study or work alone makes us exhaust We remain no longer efficient to do any work sports remove our mental exhaustion. Sports are integral part of education .Education without sports is incomplete keeping their value in life. Children are taught some sorts of games in the very early stage in school.

Sports and games give us opportunity to grow in life. these days sports have been commercialized. they have become a good means of earning . the sports person who does well in sports is showered with name, fame and wealth. He becomes a hero overnight . sports have great potential to offer career opportunities . so we should take them very seriously from the very early age of our life. Sports are good means of earnings. Sports offer opportunity to prove talents.

Physical fitness is the most valuable outcomes of sports for students and children as well. sports like tennis Baseball, Basket Ball requires lot of Physical fitness that helps in proper grooming  and growth of body. Physical fitness involves the performance of the heart and lungs and the muscles of the body and since what we can do with our minds , fitness influences to some degree qualities such as mental alertness and emotional stability.

Sports make a person mentally strong . A  Sportsman knows that Winning and loosing is a part of sports. so maintaining a sportsmanship is the best way of mental Strength and Success. So Sportsman deals with Success and failure which is also a best lesson of life

so sports are equivalent important as education in  personality development of individual , so keep playing and be healthy
